Apple Crumble Recipes      


Apple Crumble Cake #1

Ingredients

 

·         2 apples, peeled and diced

·         3/4 cup brown sugar

·         4 tbs butter

·         1 large egg

·         1 tsp vanilla

·         1 tsp ground cinnamon

·         1/2 cup sour cream

·         1 cup flour

·         1/2 tsp baking soda

Crumble Topping

·         1/2 cup light brown sugar

·         1/2 cup flour

·         4 tbs butter

·         1 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps

1.      Preheat oven to 350F/177C.

2.       Butter a 10 x 6.5 inch glass pan.

3.      Mix brown sugar and butter together until fluffy.

4.      Add the egg and vanilla and mix.

5.      Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and sour cream.

6.      Mix well.

7.      Add  apples

8.      Mix well.

9.      Pour mixture into a glass pan and spread evenly with a spatula. The mixture is quite thick so you will need to spread it out.

10.  To make the crumble topping, mix all the ingredients until you get small crumbles and sprinkle evenly over the top of the wet mixture [Tip: use a fork or your fingers to make the crumbles]

11.  Bake for 40 minutes.
